How it works.
- You book a time and location for a member of our team to collect your instrument.
- We collect your instrument, repair and service it.
- We contact you once the repair or service is complete with a total cost of service.
- you receive a link to book your drop off date and time.
- A member of our team will return your instrument to your address where payment can be completed
VIP Onsite Re-String Service
Our team offer an at-home re-string service of many string instruments.

How it works:
- You book an appointment slot through our online form.
- We contact you to confirm the instrument, date and time.
- We visit your home to complete the re-string service where the cost of strings will be paid via cash or Eftpos – this cost is not included in the callout fee

Terms & Conditions
- This service will take no more than half an hour.
- You must book a one-hour time slot and our team will aim to be with you as early as possible within that one hour window.
- We will notify you when our team is on their way to do your service.
- We require that you be present for the duration of the re-string as we cannot service your instrument unless you or a nominated person is present.
- There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, to cancel you must call us on 1300 884 900
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of scheduled service will incur 100% of the service fee.
- If you or another person is not present when our team arrives you will be charged 100% of the callout fee.
- PLEASE NOTE: although we are hoping to grow the radius that we operate in, currently we are only servicing the upper Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
- There MUST be parking available for our repair van onsite
- Any bookings made after 3pm on Sunday will be processed for the following weeks timetable (i.e. Booking made after 3pm on Sunday 1st will be scheduled for the week of the 7th.)
Cancellation Policy
Your VIP SERVICES are very important to Prestige Music, it is reserved especially for you, but we understand that sometimes, schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

When is the best time to bring in my repair?
Wednesday is the best day to bring in your repairs actually, as they go to our repairer on a Wednesday
Please remember that back to school season is often very busy for the repair shop, so have your instrument serviced early in the holiday season (November is good) to avoid the need for any last minute repairs.
How much will it cost to repair my instrument?
How long will I have to leave my instrument to get it repaired?
Is my instrument worth repairing? /Should I repair or replace my instrument?
Why do I need my instrument adjusted? Isn’t that done at the factory?
Do I really need my brass instrument cleaned? It doesn’t look that dirty.
